CONFIRMING

As we are generally booked in advance, it is advisable to make your reservations as early as possible.  We require an advance deposit of a one night stay. If you are booking in advance of 60 days or more, we require a 50 percent deposit of your intended stay. The remainder of your stay will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. Room reservations booked the same day or day prior to check-in are non refundable.  Reservations will be held for one week pending receipt of deposit.

CANCELING

As a small lodging establishment cancellations effect us greatly and we regret having to assess the following charges.

 All cancellations will be charged $40.  Due to high demand Thursday - Saturday cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the date of arrival or you will be charged a full night's stay per reservation.  

In view of our limited availability and high demands, October 15th - November 30th we require 30 days cancellation notice or fifty percent of total reservation will be charged. Cancellations made 14 days prior to date of arrival, will be charged one hunderd percent of reservation.

Early departures or late arrivals: There is no credit or refund for early departures or later than scheduled arrivals. You are responsible for all nights you reserve.

Illness, Inclement weather or Emergency:  While we understand the unexpected need to cancel arrival plans due to illness, weather, or personal/family emergency, due to our limited availability and high demand as an independent boutique property, we regret that we are unable to issue refunds.
